Band reserved for non-civil utilisation. If civil utilisation is also stated with priority, the band is being used equally with civil utilisation on the basis of coordination.
Non-civil stations can use the band with subsidiarity to civil ones (which use the band with priority), but must not interfere and do not have rihgt to protection against interference by civil utilisation.

Some countries of Region 1 use radiodetermination systems in the bands 1 606.5 – 1 625 kHz, 1 635 – 1 800 kHz, 1 850 – 2 160 kHz, 2 194 – 2 300 kHz, 2 502 – 2 850 kHz and 3 500 – 3 800 kHz, subject to agreement obtained under No. 9.21 of RR. The radiated mean power of these stations shall not exceed 50 W.
On the frequencies of fixed and land mobile services notified with Radiocommunication Bureau of ITU, the primary user is that one for which frequencies have been recorded at Radiocommunication Bureau of ITU and are noted at the Czech Telecommunication Office.
