Additional information Use is in accordance with RR footnote 5.209 limited to non-geostationary satellite systems. The band could be used for uplink communication of terminals with low Earth orbit satellites. Use is, in accordance with RR footnotes 5.219 and 5.220, subject to coordination under provision 9.11A of RR. The mobile-satellite service shall not constrain development and operation of the fixed and mobile service and space operation service in the band 148–149.9 MHz.
