Additional information When authorising space station of the Satellite-mobile Service in the band the Office could set measures in accordance with 5.208A for the protection of the Radioastronomy Service in the band 406.1-410 MHz. The use of the band by the Satellite-mobile Service is in accordance with 5.209 limited to non-geostationary satellite systems and is in accordance with 5.264 subject to coordination according 9.11A. Operation in the band 400.15 - 401 MHz is for the protection of the Radioastronomy Service in accordance with 5.208B. Satellite-mobile Service shall not limit development an operation of the Satellite-radionavigation Service in the band.
